Edward Cullen / Rob Pattinson Tribute Video #2

Hello again to my Peeps!

This is another slide show creation dedicated to my Twihard pal Inga. She sent me this song as a joke and said it was "Her & Edwards" song (Ha Ha). So right there I knew what I had to do. She seemed pleased with the finished product and even thought of posting it on YouTube. (That won't happen because YouTube sucks rocks because of their fucking rules about music. If I could seriously compose my own music, like they actually suggest on their uploading site ~so that we don't use copyrighted material~ then I wouldn't have time to make these goddamn cheesy little videos and posting them on a fucking little blog that only two people see. I'd be way to busy making a fortune selling my own compositions. Then of course I'd fucking buy YouTube and shut it down just on principal!).

OK, vented... feel better. Onward.....

Hope you aren't offended by the content of my video. I have to tell you, I'm more than a little embarrassed by some of the pictures myself, and I had to google them! (You know they say nothing is ever really deleted off computers) So, if for any reason my computer is ever seized by the authorities, I'm sure I'll have some explaining to do and probably some court mandated therapy as well!

Ode To Edward - Edward Cullen / Rob Pattison Tribute Video #1

This is the first cheesy video tribute to Edward Cullen I made. Please know that I'm neither delusional or medicated nor need to be. My videos just exist because they are hoot to make. I love to shock people with them with inappropriate songs & photos and if they laugh even once, then it's worth the effort I put into making them. Also, when I find a quirky song I feel challenged to make an "Edward Cullen" video out of it. Besides, what else am I going to do with the 500 pictures of Twilight/Rob Pattinson I've stored on my computers at home and work! My inspiration for this video were all the millions of female readers who read "Twilight" and were dazzled by a 100+ year old vampire. Because believe me sisters, we all wish we had an "Edward Cullen" in our life.

For this video, I heard the song "Girlfriend" by Avril Lavigne and it just inspired my anti-Bella video. I enjoyed trashing her pictures a little bit to much. Ok, maybe I do need medicated.

OK, It's a week after the "Twilight" DVD release and I'm finally sick of it...

AS IF!!!!!! It's just not possible. I've been on the "Twilight" track for 7 months now, if I'm not burned out yet... it's not gonna happen! Though, I'm currently back to reading again after a long hiatus. I seriously listened to the audio Cd's on my iPod on an average of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for....about 5 months. Just on a constant loop of book 1 - 4. I also watched a poor quality upload of the movie on a website nightly for a month up until the DVD was released nationally. I just decided to go low tech and just read...and my choice of reading is Midnight Sun. When I get to the part where it ends, I'll pick it up there with "Twilight". But I'll be honest, I still watch the movie "Twilight" on a daily basis, either while I'm getting ready for work or right before I sleep at night. (Perhaps hoping to force Edward Cullen dreams into my psyche... so far without any luck.)

Now, my most current obsession is making weird & inappropriate videos of "Twilight's" Edward Cullen/Rob Pattinson on my Windows Movie Maker. It's a hoot. I admit, I love to make people laugh. I'll post some soon so you can sample it. Just bear in mind that they are JOKES. Not serious by any means. It's all tongue in cheek so don't watch it and think "stalker" or potential lithium user. I totally live in reality... I just like to vacation in fantasy now and then.

Holy Hell!

OK, first off, hurray... it's finally March 21st and the "Twilight" DVD was released with a lot of hoopla. However, what the hell is up with them offering a special two-disc version on Amazon.com for $25.00 and then coming out with a special 3-disc version at Target for $18 (which also includes a free download of the movie on fucking iTunes.) This really irks me beyond words. No actually, I've got two words for it.....BULL & SHIT! Unfortunately for my life, this is pretty much par for course. Just a typical day in the life of me. I tell you, I live on an island compiled of shit surround by an ocean of piss! Aagghh...

OK, I feel better now. Moving on...

OK, I just pay-per-viewed "Twilight" off my Dish Demand (thankfully, I actually had a "free rental" certificate. Who'd have guessed, right?) so I can now watch it all day on a continuous loop. Also, since I DVR'd it I get to keep it for at least a month so that I can watch it whenever I want. Yippee, Edward Cullen 24/7. What more can a girl ask for. (Second thought, don't ask). So anyway, I will probably rip apart the movie on another posting (can't help it, I don't miss anything and there is some weird shit in it and I also think I have undiagnosed O.C.D.) But right now, I just want to say that the best part of having "Twilight" on my T.V. is the closed caption capability. To be able to understand exactly what Miss Bella Mumble Fucktard was saying is a relief. She stuttered and stammered through the whole movie! Hopefully since "Twilight" made trillions of dollars, Summit will spend a little $$$ and hire her a speech therapist for it's sequel "New Moon". (Also great about CC is that it had the music lyrics on screen...well, not all of them. Ironically, they weren't even able to figure out what the hell Rob Pattinson was singing during "Let Me Sign" during the scene where he's sucking the venom out of Bella's hand. It merely reads "bluesy pop ballad playing". Too Fucking Funny! Love it.

Happy Birthday, Dad!

My Dad, Wes, turned 74 today and doesn't look a day over 90! (kidding). To celebrate I gave the diabetic Malted Milk Balls & Chuckles! Seriously. You'd think I was trying to get at the inheritance or something. Only, I do his banking and I know it's not worth the effort to off him just yet. Maybe in a few more years while the Social Security & Cat Pension accumulates.

I made him one of his favorite meals (mine too) of fried rabbit and fried bread and then for desert he chose pumpkin pie. All in all, not a totally shitty day.

Now I have to go and give him his insulin shot. Wonder why his blood sugar readings are so high??????????

HURRAY!!!! ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT!

Til the DVD release of "Twilight"!!!!! Though I've seen the movie every day for the past months online (I play it on a loop as I blog and surf the web nightly), it will be nice to see it more clearly and without the blurriness. Plus, though I think I may have seen all the extended and deleted scenes now on YouTube, I'm looking forward to the 2nd Extra disc most.

Now I have 4 favorites to root for. It's up to America now to get er' done. Can't blame the judges from this point on. Let's hope we don't fuck it up this year (IE: Chicken Little and Sanjaya). Let's cut the fat early this season! Don't vote for someone because they seem sincere or because you feel sorry for them or because Simon was mean. Speaking of Simon and frankly all of the judges, I'm sick as hell of hearing the comment "you chose the wrong song." You should judge on how they sing the song, not the song choice. If that's a factor, then start picking the goddamn songs for them. And stop critiquing their clothes. This isn't Project Runway!

Here's an idea, Idol should follow the likes of Dancing with the Stars and limit the amount of votes from each phone. I know they just want to be able to say each week that they broke the previous weeks record of votes, but not everyone is a pre-teen who's willing to redial for 2 hours straight to get a Mickey Mouse Club wannabe into the Top spot. I'm way to old to do that and frankly, my attention span is like a goldfish's these days.

Belated Wedding Anniversary

It was my parents wedding anniversary March 3rd and though I was sick and unable to post on the actual day, I didn't want the date to pass completely without acknowledging it. They were married in 1962 and would have celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary this year. It gives me great comfort believing that my parents will be together again someday, that they are only separated by my father's time left here on earth. Until then, I know that a day doesn't go by that he doesn't think about her and miss her...as do I.
